Compare LIFT fares with bags

Economy No-Bag plus a bag, or Economy Bag?

If you are taking a suitcase, compare the Economy Bag fare against the No-Bag fare plus R200. Whichever is lower wins, and both beat paying R300 at the airport. On our live check of Johannesburg → Cape Town for 28 October 2026, LIFT's cheapest fare was R1,949 with Travelstart showing a 23 kg bag add-on at R205, a total of R2,154. On the same search SAA's R1,949 fare already included a 23 kg bag.
